Hokkaido International Airlines (Hokkaidō Kokusai Kōkū Kabushiki-gaisha) is also known as Air Do (Ea Du) the low-cost airline Japan. Hokkaido International Airlines is a young airline. This Japan Asia airline was founded in 1996 and started operations in 1998. The airline is based in Sapporo, Hokkaidō and services the flights between Tokyo and cities in Hokkaidō. Its main base is Tokyo International Airport (Haneda).

Skynet Asia Airways Co., Ltd. (Sukainetto Ajia Kōkū Kabushiki-gaisha) is a low-cost airline based in Fukuoka, Japan. It operates services mainly between Miyazaki/Kumamoto/Nagasaki and Tokyo. The airline is founded in May 2002 and started operations since July 2002. It was formerly Pan Asia Airlines. It launched services as the fourth new airline in a deregulated Japanese market since 1998. The airline is owned by the Industrial Revitalisation Corporation of Japan (56.9%) and Mera Electric Industrial Corporation (11.7%).

StarFlyer Inc. (Kabushiki-gaisha Sutāfuraiyā) is an airline based in Kitakyushu, Japan. It is modeled after JetBlue Airways as a "low-cost, high-quality" carrier aimed at business and leisure travelers. It began operations on March 16, 2006. The company owners are Toto Corporation, Daiichi Kotsu Sangyo, Nippon Steel Corp., Yasukawa Electric Corp., Zenrin, Bank of Yamaguchi.

Aircraft fleet is comprised of Airbus A320-200 vessels.
